I’ve always believed in the power of entrepreneurship to change the world, but I know firsthand the challenges that come with leading a startup—especially one with a mission to make a social impact.
For over a decade, I’ve worked at the intersection of health, education, and social innovation—mentoring leaders, launching programs, and supporting ventures committed to equity and impact.
As Managing Director of InnovateHealth Yale and the Sustainable Health Initiative, I’ve helped hundreds of student and early-stage social entrepreneurs turn vision into action. I also coach founders and leaders navigating big questions about identity, legacy, and leadership.
I’m a first-generation college student, an immigrant, and a mother. My life and work are shaped by the tension and richness of living between worlds—between the U.S. and India, tradition and reinvention, ambition and rest.
Today, my deepest intention is this: to help changemakers reconnect to their inner knowing, shed what no longer serves, and lead from a place of wholeness. Whether you’re building something new or trying to rediscover yourself along the way, I’m here to walk beside you.
