I’ve always believed in the power of entrepreneurship to change the world, but I know firsthand the challenges that come with leading a startup—especially one with a mission to make a social impact.
My own journey began as a Teach for America corps member and led me to leadership roles at NGOs and Ivy League universities. Getting recognized by Forbes 30 Under 30 was nice, but my true passion has always been coaching and mentoring. Over the last decade, I’ve mentored and coached startup founders at all levels including those who have gone through prestigious programs like Techstars and MIT Solve. The patterns I’ve witnessed have all been the same.
I learned that growth, both personal and business, happens when you’re willing to dive deep into your vision, confront internal obstacles, and commit to continuous improvement.
